Luis Armas began as an agent in 1995 working from his home. Less than a year later, he moved the company to 12701 Veterans Memorial, Suite 209, Houston, TX 77014.  The company's mission is to serve the Hispanic community.  

Ino was the first to associate with Luis. A year later Carlos, his son, joined the company and a year later his other two sons, Ivan and Fernando, unified to make the company what it is today.
