The application
is used for the purpose of obtaining the information
needed to process your loan. The process typically takes
about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It is at this time that
you will be requested to supply the following:
-2 Years residency
Mortgage and/or Landlord information
-2 year's W2's and your most recent
30 days of paycheck stubs or 2 years tax return
and most recent profit and loss if self employed.
-3 months bank statements and /
or proof of funds to close.
-Drivers License
-Social Security Card(s)
-Application Fee
