The following information
will be needed prior to closing.
Your insurance binder and paid receipt
faxed the mortgage banker/closers five days prior
to closing.
The mortgage clause should read:
XXXX Mortgage Corporation and/or its assigns
XXXX Drive,
City, State Zip
Conditions of your loan approval, if there are any.
-List of last 10
years residency
-Identification
-Cashiers' check made out to you in the amount that
was provided prior to the closing by your loan officer
-Paid insurance binder
-Homeowners title insurance request, if any
-Keys and appliance manuals for sold home
-Garage door opener (if any)
-Satisfaction of any judgements
-If married, both should attend (some cases a Power
of Attorney or pre-signing can apply)
A final walkthrough should be performed
right before closing.
